CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:

Due to a rough few weeks with no shows and cancellations, I’ve updated my cancellation policy effective for appointments booked after 12/8/2023.

The new policy is: appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service cost (equaling $30 for follow ups and $50 for new patients) and no call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

I understand that life is hectic and that emergencies come up, but considering I can only offer services 7 hours a week and that my schedule is generally very full, this cancellation policy protects both me and my other clients who would have liked an earlier appointment time.
